A guided workshop to help you reflect on the past three months and help you find actionable steps for the future. We will start with slow drawing techniques to put you in the right headspace for this reflective practice.

Putting your thoughts on paper allows you to look at them from a different perspective. It can provide some space and room to breathe when thoughts get overwhelming or negative. Come to this workshop to learn how to use journaling and writing to understand yourself, re-write your inner critic, and build confidence.

Touch of Light therapy - CHF 70 (Ani Anca)
