Facilitator

LAURA DALESME:

Laura is a certified yoga and pilates instructor trained in France and New York City. She is French-American and currently lives in New York City.

She is deeply passionate about guiding individuals towards a more balanced life through mindful movement.

Most importantly, she believes in creating inclusive environments where students of all levels can explore their potential and learn from each other.

DAY 1 - May 28


2:00 pm and onwards: Arrivals


5:00 pm:
opening circle


5:30 pm: 90 minutes flow and restore yoga


7:30 pm: dinner

DAY 2-5 - May 29-June 1


9:00 am: 90 mins meditation and hatha yoga


11:00 am: brunch


12:00 - 5:00 pm: self-care and free time (hikes, sauna, hammam, rest, read, massages, visit of Leysin)


5:00 pm: 90 mins pilates and stretch


7:30 pm: dinner

DAY 6 - June 2


9:00 am: 90 mins meditation and hatha yoga


11:00 am: brunch


Noon: closing circle

Vermont Hub

Set in the sun-kissed alpine village of Leysin, REJUVENATE RETREAT is held at Vermont Hub’s multidisciplinary campus designed to connect, engage, innovate & replenish. FAQs


What language will the retreat be in?

Laura speaks both English and French. The retreat will be in English but Laura can translate some instructions into French for yoga and pilates classes as needed.

Is this retreat open to everyone?

ABSOLUTELY YES, anyone is welcome, all levels of fitness are welcome. Modifications will be offered as needed. You can come on your own or with a friend or your partner.

How big is the group?


The maximum number of participants is set at 16.

What to pack?


Trainers that can be used for hiking.
Bathing suits for sauna, hammam and lake swim.
Enough sports attire for the week.
Some warm clothes as it can get cold at night and depending on the weather.
A rain jacket.
Sunscreen.
A small backpack for hiking.
Sunglasses.
Water bottle.
Notebook.
Adaptor for Swiss plugs.
