MASTERMIND
Playful Co-Creation -
Build a Book in a Month
How to Belong as Semi-Nomads
Set up as a month-long container, MASTERMIND starts in October with a cohort focused on semi-nomads seeking a more sustainable and meaningful lifestyle that favors creative collaboration. It is an opportunity for participants to renew their sense of community and identify what roots they want to put down and why, bringing into question what it means to really BELONG.
Where great minds think alike: a space to master creativity and produce original work filled with new meaning.
WHY?
The MASTERMIND experience opens new doors for semi-nomads to finally find their feet and make time for themselves to form new, healthy habits in a creative setting. MASTERMIND participants will be able to:
Amplify the creative power of the collective
Engage in team-building and healthy collaboration
Receive knowledge on how to integrate essential living practices for more stability and clarity
Relocate their inner compasses when it comes to confidently navigating personal life routes
Recognize one’s talents and how to apply them in everyday life
We will explore:
How to establish firm roots, while spending a significant time moving between chosen places
How to find aligned people and projects to connect and collaborate with, and maintain nourishing relationships over long periods of time
How to support each other in meaningful work, foster belonging, and make a positive impact in the world
Feeling home in the now and finding stability in creatively designing your life
THE PROCESS
How to create a valuable book in a month (without AI)?
The MASTERMIND uses a unique playful facilitation methodology based on cards which serve as building blocks for processing ideas collaboratively when co-authoring a comprehensive book on semi-nomadism.
Prototyped during the writing of "How to Build A Regenerative Village", and further refined through sessions hosted at Re:Build and Enspiral Gathering, this method takes the participants on a creative journey over a month-long residency that promises growth and innovation.
Using cards as the primary tool, the process covers :
-
Participants engage in activities designed to foster deep connections and a sense of community. These practices might include group discussions, shared meals, and collaborative exercises that build trust and camaraderie, creating a strong, supportive network.
-
Introduction to play CARDS to spark meaningful interactions and plenty of creative material. This is a key moment for team building, idea generation, creative writing, visual mapping, book structuring and digital post production, book structuring and digital post production resulting in a finished book project. Dynamic sessions that cover specific aspects of semi-nomadism such as housing, travel, community and sustainability.
-
Interspersed with the creative sprints, these periods allow participants to rest and recharge. Activities might include mindfulness exercises, nature walks, and relaxation techniques to ensure mental and physical well-being. Alternatively, this is the space for you to work on your own projects.
-
Participants present the first draft of the book to a selected audience for real-time feedback. This process allows for immediate, practical insights and helps refine ideas through direct interaction with potential users or stakeholders.
-
Following the prototyping phase, participants work on refining and finalizing their book. This stage focuses on polishing details, integrating feedback, and preparing the book for publishing ready to go out in the real-world helping semi-nomads to find ways to belong!

FACILITATORS
MICHAŁ & DANEEL:
Having been immersed in their semi-nomadic lifestyle for years, the two have devised a unique method to explore the subject of regeneration as a collective.
Michał’s personal quest is to co-create a world where all beings can thrive. As a facilitator, his role is to catalyze aliveness in others and enable meaningful collaboration.
Daneel’s mission is to support and assist the regenerative movement. With a focus on disruptive innovations that accelerate the shift to a regenerative society, Daneel has a knack for tech and design plus plenty of creativity. “When we formed the Writers’ Smart Pod I did not expect our meetings to be so insightful, energy-giving, and productive. You designed the program with enough flexibility to meet our particular needs and working preferences. This is the most valuable and satisfying working group I’ve been a part of in a long time.”
